Users can navigate the left menu in WHM using their keyboard.
The table below shows the keys that can be used to navigate the left menu.

| Up | Navigates up. |
| Down | Navigates down. |
| Left | For left to right languages: collapses the category that is currently highlighted. For right to left languages: expands the category that is currently highlighted. |
| Right | For left to right languages: expands the category that is currently highlighted. For right to left languages: collapses the category that is currently highlighted. |
| Enter | Opens an item. |
| Shift + Tab | Navigates up all the controls, categories, and items in the menu. |
| Tab | Navigates down all the controls, categories, and items in the menu. |
| Home | Moves the selection to the first category in the menu.  Note: Use Fn + Left arrow in Mac OS. |
| End | Moves the selection to the last category or item in the menu. Note: Use Fn + Right arrow in Mac OS. |
| Shift + 8 (Asterisk) | Toggles between Expand all and Collapse all. |
| Esc | Clears the search box. |
| Ctrl + / | Places the cursor in the search box. Note: Use Command + / in Mac OS. |
| Alt + F2 | Opens the Support Menu tab. |
Note: Firefox or Safari browser users on Mac OS may need to activate the use of the Tab key to properly navigate the left menu.
- To activate use of the Tab keyin Firefox:
- Open System Preferences in your Mac OS system.
- Click on Keyboard.
- Select Keyboard Shortcuts.
- Select the All controls button under the Full Keyboard Access section.
- To activate use of the Tab keyin Safari:
- Open Safari.
- In the menu bar, click on Safari, then select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
- Select Advanced from the Preferences window.
- Click on the checkbox next to Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage.
