To cancel your customer’s subscription:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Select My selling preferences on the left side of the page.
- In the 'Getting paid and managing risk' section, beside 'My automatic payments', click Update.
- In the 'My Customers' section with a list of all your subscribers, click the name of the customer whose subscription you would like to cancel.
- Click Cancel near the top of the page.
- Select Yes to confirm the cancellation.
